Our Journey, Red Black Green and Vegan is the title of my first book. It was written to help Africans, and anyone with a body to eat better. It is meant to be an easy quick read. Consequently, you will find many charts and lists. This website will be dedicated to inspiring the reader toward a life healthy eating and keeping you disease-free. Along with some yummy recipes and the latest trends in plant-based diet. I have been on a plant-based diet for more than 30 years. My second book is for young between 8-14. Read What's in Your Lunch Box to help the children and tweens to learn about animal cruelty and where meat or flesh comes from.
In addition to my work in plant-based diets I am also a personal chef, foodie, I have led countless workshops, speaking engagements, trained Counselors on the Masters Level, a Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Doula and many other healing modalities including QiGong.
